terms of service

1. General

  1. You will get a VRM/VRC/VCF file and a character design PNG file as a final product.

  2. All commissioned models are 3D and digital-only.

  3. All commissioned Vtuber models are created for VSeeFace and using them in other programs may cause issues and I don't offer refunds for them.

  4. In-progress model files, textures, and meshes will not be provided.

2. Work process

  1. Working on a commission requires a design work by me or the character designer. You shouldn't commission me if you need a design that needs to be a copy of the design you provided.

  2. You have the right to request minor revisions at a character design stage and modelling stage. Major revisions will be an extra charge.

  3. Changing the design midway the modelling process is not allowed.

  4. Any revisions at the rigging stage are not allowed.

  5. Once the model has been completed and sent to you, any changes or work will be an extra charge.

3. Payment

  1. Payment plans can be discussed but your finished commission will not be sent until I receive full amount.

  2. Prices are listed in USD currency.

  3. Payments are made through PayPal invoices only.

4. Refund and Cancellation

  1. You have the right to cancel the commission and get a full refund before the work begins.

  2. No refunds if the work is already in progress.

  3. No refunds on completed work.

  4. I have the right to cancel the commission at any work stage. If commission is being cancelled by me during actual creation process refunds will be calculated depending on done progress.

5. Usage policy

  1. You have the right to use the model for streaming, videos, and self-promotion. You may run ads, receive donations and monetize the content with the model used.

  2. You have the right to sell merch with the model's image and design.

  3. You have the right to port/convert/use the model in other programs.

  4. You do not have the right to distribute, sell, make the original or modified model available to public.

  5. I reserve the right to use any commissioned pieces for promotion purposes.
